Works great, extremely sharp, easy to use and to clean. If you don’t want to use the included food holder, be sure to purchase some liquid stiches for your first aid kit. I’m currently applying pressure to a very precise 1/8 inch slice.

Super sturdy and very well designed. Because it’s stainless steel it doesn’t flex when you press down on the item you’re slicing. The adjustable slicing depth is super accurate and gives you a wide range of thicknesses to choose from. The hand guard is well designed and works ok but I use it with a steel glove for more control. Super easy to hand wash – just remove the blade first!
